Anatomy of our cell pastorTypical pastors teach with their mouth but Joyce pastors with her entire being. She humblyand effectively uses the messages from senior pastors and resources inside of her to leadus out of the field of wilderness into the land of honey. She uses her mind to collect andsearch for Godly knowledge and wisdom and packs them into a welcome basket ready to bedelivered. Her mind is also like a filing system as it stores all the footprints of her member’spast experiences. She uses her eyes to watch over and look into people’s souls where shewill find the deepest need and show her compassion and love to her members. She uses her lips and tongue to teach the Word of God and to comfort us in times of need. She uses her sharp ears to listen to a pled for help that may and may not be spoken aloud; to listen tocallings of her flock even during the darkest hours of the night where everyone is sound

asleep. She digs her teeth into the issues we care about and sometimes takes on more shecan chew.She uses her heart to give, comfort and most importantly love. Her love to us is likeconsuming fire; it purifies evil thoughts, fears and sadness but warms a cold and shakyheart. Her heart refuses to submit to apathy and Sinicism. Our passionate leader uses her hands to reach out to and comfort members even when words are unspoken. She uses her guts to guide us where her eyes fail to find reasons. She must have tired and aching feetbut still chooses to use it to continuously and persistently lead us and walk us through theshadow of darkness into the world of true salvation and quietly fall behind as we gainconfidence in directing our own journey. Her backbone is so strong that it stands up for people when no one else will. It is also so flexible that she bends her schedules to meet theever-changing and unexpected needs of her members. She uses her dreams as stepping

stones to turn fantasies into reality. Her blood flows through her body and creates a deeplonging to connect with God and to see transition and salvation in her flock; to care for andchange us one step at a time.Are you using your entire being to pastor? Joyce does!

In fact, they put their 110% effort to reach out lost cell members even though we don’t replyto her txt message and make her sad :pI am truly impressed their maturity in their character, faith and level of care is high.

I witnessed how they serve and host friends and family from overseas who are just migrantto Australia, to help them to settle, offer the shelters and do the best they can.We hear about great stories, they come to our cell and leave for good depends on their circumstances. Some of them moved to the west suburb, list and Vincent help them to findLovely house, find their cell groups and etc.

You know, they are the best !!!!

I believe that the best cell pastor should be Aunty Lee….the work that aunty Lee has done

into our lives are incredible. The love and care she shows to every one in the church

reminds me of the love of God more. The care for sheep what Jesus had, I can see in her.Grace, Love, Kindness, Care, Mercy - Every word can be clearly seen in her life.

I was thinking every one in church calls her aunty because she has been a real aunty, a

mother of all.

Her Heart to help is always ready, no matter what will happen but she is always ready and

asking every one that how can she help.

She has been always a MUM for us.
