at Rogers Arena Alcoholic beverages may only be obtained

rom ARAMARK, and may not be brought into or removed

rom the acility You are not permitted to carry drinks

containing hard liquor out o the Best Buy Club This

is a saety requirement o our liquor license There arelegal prohibitions against the consumption o alcohol

by an obviously intoxicated person, and the purchase or

consumption o alcohol by anyone under 19 years o age

We ask Best Buy Club members to help ensure that these

policies are adhered to within the club ARAMARK reserves

the right to check or proper identication and to reuse

or terminate service at any time All Canucks Sports &

Entertainment guest services sta members have adopted

theTEAM(TechniquesforEectiveAlcoholManagement)

at Rogers Arena Sta members have been trained to serve

alcohol responsibly and to deal with guests appropriately

Please be reminded o your potential legal liabilities that

can arise rom excessive alcohol consumption and any

unortunate conduct that might result Please help us to

1 Smoking in the Best Buy Club, the hallways, staircases, or anywhere else in or about Rogers Arena is not permitted

2 Best Buy Club members acknowledge that or certain events the nature o the event may require Vancouver Arena

LinkedPartnership(VALP)tocontrollightingandtokeeplightingandtelevisionmonitorsointheclubduringthe

perormance

3 Use o movie cameras, video tape or audio recording equipment by a Best Buy Club member or any guest o a member

or the purpose o recording the Event is strictly prohibited VALP and its employees and agents reserve the right to

conscate the tape or lm

4 Noammable,dangerousorexplosivematerialsshallbetakenintoorkeptintheBestBuyClub.

5 No ood or beverages may be consumed in the Best Buy Club which have not been obtained rom VALP or a

concessionaire designated by VALP on a cash on delivery basis or otherwise as VALP or its concessionaires may agreeVALP shall have the right to require the immediate removal o any oods or beverages brought into the club

6 Best Buy Club members and any guest o a member shall conduct themselves in a manner which is consistent with the

character o the Arena as a rst class sporting and entertainment acility and shall not in any way impair the use and

enjoyment o the Arena by others or the operations o the Arena I, in VALPs opinion, a Best Buy Club member or a

members guests are conducting themselves in an objectionable manner, VALP shall have the right to eject them rom

the Arena

7 Best Buy Club members and any guest o a member shall, while in the club or within the Arena or on its grounds,

comply with all provincial and local laws, rules and regulations governing the sale, possession and consumption o

alcoholic beverages

8 VALP may rom time to time adopt appropriate systems and procedures or the security or saety o the Arena, any

persons occupying, using or entering the Arena, or any equipment, urnishings or contents o the Arena, and a Best BuyClub member shall comply with VALPs reasonable requirements relating to security and saety procedures

9 VALP shall have the right to delete, add to or amend any or all o these Rules and Regulations as VALP deems desirable

at its sole discretion or the saety, care and cleanliness o the Arena and the preservation o good order within the

Arena and the Rules and Regulations as amended rom time to time shall be kept and observed by Best Buy Club

members and any guest o a member VALP may rom time to time waive any o the Rules as applied to the Best Buy

Club member VALP is not liable to the Best Buy Club member or any breach o the Rules by other club members

10 Personal property accompanying persons entering Rogers Arena is brought into Rogers Arena at the sole risk o such

persons, and VALP accepts no responsibility or such property Best Buy Club members and their guests are responsible

or their personal property and should take care to ensure its saety and security Do not leave behind personal items in
