1. Promo is open to all Metro Manila IATA and NON-IATA Amadeus agents who will book, queue and finalize any ex-Manila (MNL) route with Asiana Airlines (OZ) using the Amadeus system within the promo period.

Promo Conditions

1. Ownership of the PNR will be based on agent who made the original transactions for reservations and ticketing. Ensure that you use the individual sign in code registered under your name.

2. PNRs must be queued, booked and ticketed in the Amadeus system within the promo period.

3. The following entries are disqualified: a. Passive segments, cancelled bookings, voided and refunded tickets b. Split PNRs with no changes made c. Unnecessary duplicate bookings d. Bookings made using the universal sign in code 0001AA

4. Seacrew bookings are not allowed.

5. Amadeus Philippines and Asiana Airlines reserve the right to amend the promo conditions or discontinue this promo considering inevitable circumstances that may arise. Decisions of the Promotions Committee are final and not subject to dispute.

6. Amadeus Philippines and Asiana Airlines reserve the right to replace the promo prize with approximately the same value in case the item/s is not available at the time of awarding.

7. Only valid entries are qualified for the raffle draws

The winners shall be based on the registered owner of the sign-in code & Office ID … a. where the PNR was originally created for reservations winner b. where the PNR was ticketed for ticketing winner • Make sure you are using the sign-in code assigned to you!!! • (To verify if the sign in code you are using is registered under your name, call Manila Help Desk at 581-9930 plus T-PIN, Cebu Helpdesk at 032 234-2564 plus T-PIN and Davao Helpdesk at 082 227-6998 plus T-PIN)

4. The booking agent should send entries by QUEUEING the PNR to Amadeus Philippines using the following steps: a. Display your finalized Amadeus PNR b. Queue your displayed PNR to Amadeus using this entry >QE/MNL1A0980/58C0<ENTER>

5. Amadeus and Asiana Airlines will verify each entry. Only valid entries are qualified for the monthly draw. In cases where multiple passengers are in a single PNR, each passenger will be equivalent to 1 raffle entry.

6. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Winners will be notified by Amadeus Marketing team and must present any valid identification card with picture (e.g. SSS ID, GSIS ID, Company ID, Passport) when claiming their prize.

8. Prizes will be claimed at the Amadeus Office located at: 36/F, LKG Tower 6801 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1226 Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. only.

9. Redemption period shall be 60 days upon notification. Otherwise, Amadeus and Asiana Airlines have the right to forfeit all unclaimed prizes.

10. Employees of Amadeus Marketing Philippines and Asiana Airlines are disqualified from joining the raffle.
