401(k) UPDATE: 2020 IRS LimitsThe 2020 IRS deferral contribution limits which have increased to $19,500. If you are age 50 or older during 2020 you are also eligible to contribute catch-up contributions of up to $6,500 in 2020. Visit 401k.com to view and increase your 401k elections. Reminder: Valvoline matches $1 for $1 on the first 4% you save, a 100% match! Valvoline also provides a basic contribution of 4% annually. Hourly Service Center employees are eligible for a $1 for $1 match on the first 5% you save, after one year of service.

WHAT’S NEW:New Year – New CardYour new Anthem ID card mailed in December should now be used. Your old ID card is no longer valid.You will not receive a new Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card from ConnectYourCare (CYC) unless you've never signed up for an account in the past.

Adoption Assistance Program EnhancementValvoline has increased the reimbursable amount for Adoption Assistance expenses to $5,000 in 2020. Employees will be able to submit their eligible expenses through Connect Your Care (CYC) for reimbursement. For eligibility and program details, visit valvolinebenefits.com.

(STD) Program Enhancement On Jan. 1, Valvoline enhanced the benefits payable under its Short-Term Disability (STD) program, which runs concurrent with sick pay. If approved, you may be eligible for up to 100% of pay for 12 weeks; after a one-week elimination period; and 75% of pay up to 13 weeks for a total of 26 weeks of disability pay.
