10:30 am – 4:30 pm.• Beneath The Breakers Tour offered every half hour from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm. • Rosecliff closed April 3 and May 8-26.• Rosecliff opens at 1pm April 5, April 15 & May 3.

Tickets should not be presented at any other mansion in Newport except The Breakers, Chateau-sur-Mer, Chepstow, The Elms, Green Animals Topiary Garden, Hunter House, Isaac Bell House, Kingscote, Marble House and Rosecliff.

Daytime tours of The Breakers, The Elms, Marble House & Rosecliff are self-guided audio tours unless otherwise noted. Houses & grounds close one hour after last tour admission.

Go Beneath The BreakersDescend the staircase from the caretaker’s cottage to the vast underground boiler room. Walk through the hidden underground tunnel and enter The Breakers basement.
