• Bendamustin zeigt keine Kreuzresistenz mit anderen DNA-schädigenden Substanzen.
– Bendamustin ist aktiv in primären NHL-Zellen, die resistent sind für Cyclophosphamid, Doxorubicin und Etoposid.
• Bendamustin erzeugt ein anderes Genexpressionsprofil als die klassischen Alkylanzien.
