    Shelf Li fe:

    Separate base and solidifiercomponents shall have a 5 year shelflife when stored between 32F (0C)and 86F (30C).

    Working Li fe:

    Will vary according to temperature.At 77F (25C) the usable life of mixedmaterial is 15 minutes.

    Volume Capaci ty:

    The volume capacity of a 1 kg. unit ofmixed Belzona

    1311 is 25.2 in

    (413 cm).

    Cure Time:

    Allow to solidify for the times shown inthe chart below before subjecting it tothe conditions indicated.

    5. PHYSICAL/MECHANICALPROPERTIES

    Determined after 7 days cure at 77F(25C). Post curing the material withheat results in a more highly cross-linked polymer. For enhancedperformance this material may be post-cured by heating to 212F (100C) for aperiod of up to 24 hours. This should becarried out following an initial cureperiod of 24 hours at ambienttemperature.

    Abrasion Resistance:

    Once fully cured, will show no visiblesigns of corrosion after 5,000 hoursexposure in the ASTM B117-73 saltspray cabinet.
