What is propaganda?

The spreading of ideas to promote a certain cause or to damage an opposing cause.

Presents fact selectively (aka lying) Appeals to one’s sense of pride, nationalism,

patriotism, and/or emotion. It may also use stereotypes, fear, exaggeration,

and racism to persuade people to a cause.
