of association with the PURE LIFE mark, which is an earlier trade mark; 6. The PURE LIFE mark has been in use by Societe des Produits Nestle S.A. since 1998; 7. Because of Nestle’s long standing use, numerous international registrations, and extensive advertising and marketing efforts of
