Welcome to our 77th global IEM tournament taking place in the capital of China, Beijing. Intel Extreme Masters has been running tournaments since 2006 and our passion for creating an unforgettable experience for fans, players & partners alike hasn’t changed.
We’ve been running events in China for 10 years. Since then we have successfully ran 11 tournaments, IEM Beijing 2019 will be our 12th.

Beijing University Students Gymnasium
• Simplified Chinese: 北京大学生体育馆• Traditional Chinese: 北京大學生體育館
The venue is an indoor arena located within the Haidian District of Beijing, China. It is affiliated to the Capital Institute of Physical Education in Beijing, China. The gymnasium has a floor space of 12,000 square metresand 4,200 seats. The gymnasium was built in 1988 and hosted the basketball events of the 1990 Asian Games.

ParkingThere is no parking lot at the venue. The nearest public parking is about 1km away from the venue. It is highly recommended that you can take public transportation.
*Vehicles can only the venue grounds with security clearance.
TrainThe venue is 5 minutes walk from exit A of Dazhongsi Station of Line 13 (yellow line). Beijing’s train transit system runs daily about every 3 to 10 minutes. The Beijing subway map is on the right and full detailed map here: https://map.bjsubway.com/
BusesTake buses No. 300, No. 302, No. 8, Yuntong 201 or Yuntong 101 to get off at Jimenqiao west station, then walk for about 100 meters. Further information on bus timetables can be found here: http://www.bjbus.com/home/index.php

What can I bring to the event? Strict security checks will be arranged by the local police bureau, backpacks will be allowed in after being scanned.
Can I pick up my ticket on-site?No, all tickets are distributed prior to the event. Please make sure you bring your ticket with you.

Signing sessions will take place from inside the
Annex building. The Annex building is located
upon entry to the Beijing University Students'
Gymnasium.
