1. Check your Internet connection, without a strong Wi-Fi connection you may experience delay.

2. Use headphones on mobile devices to minimize background noise, this will minimize background noise

and stabilize speakers on computers.

3. Check your lighting, bright light behind you may give poor picture quality.

4. Choose a quiet area, this will help eliminate distractions on both sides of the call.

5. Introduce yourself to new people, this way everyone is comfortable engaging with each other.

6. Be Yourself, act as you would in any other meeting.

7. Only check your self image in the beginning, do not focus on it while other people are speaking.

8. Mute your mic when your not talking, this will eliminate background noise and active speaker confu-

sion.
