Beetroot Dip
SERVES 8-10
Ingredients 1 fresh beetroot – peeled and chopped ½ cup cashew nuts 1 tbsp. shaved parmesan 1 tsp garlic 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp turmeric 2 tsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until combined. Serve straight away or store in the fridge.
