    Our goal at Beer Naked Ladies Brewing Company is to create a family-friendly, comfortable, artistic, and engaging gathering space in the community that achieves all that and more. Beer Naked Ladies Brewing Company intends to produce world class beers and incorporate sustainable energy practices into the beer production processes to draw environmentally-conscious customers and craft beer enthusiasts.

    Beer Naked Ladies Brewing Company will be a family owned, operated and managed establishment. The brewery layout is contracted and designed by engineers from ABE Beverage Equipment who have specialized experience developing breweries, distilleries, farms and more. The brewery will be constructed by a local licensed building contractor.

    Beer Naked Ladies Brewing Company will have a comfortable tasting room on site where consumers are welcome to tour the facility, learn about the beer making process, sample beer, and buy packaged product and company apparel.

  • *The above proposed hours of operation are the brewery’s opening hours, however this applicant reserves the right to amend these hours of operation to include all normal business hours after establishment of the brewery.

    Personnel

    Avery Hodgson, Jason Walters and Sara Hodgson will run and manage the brewery. Employees will be hired in accordance with growth.

  • Product Production

    - Product will be produced on-site within fermentation vessels with a walk-in cooler- Product will be produced from grains, yeast, hops, water, and various produce - Product will be sold for on-site consumption in 12 oz glasses, and 4 oz tasting glasses- Product will be sold for off-site consumption in 64oz growlers and 32oz crowlers- Product will be sold to other off-site commercial establishments in kegs.- As to food on premises:

    - Per ABC guidelines, patrons may bring their own food items to the premises.- Small, pre-packaged food items such as chips, crackers, nuts and similar snacks will

    be available for purchase on premises.

    Deliveries To and From the Site

    - In-coming deliveries of brewing ingredients (i.e. oats and grains) will be made approximately bi-weekly

    - In-coming deliveries will be made via UPS LTL Freight and/or in an SUV type vehicle- Out-going deliveries of brewed product to other commercial establishments will be made via

    the owners’ personal vehicles

  • Proposed Site Lighting

    - There is currently a JCP&L light on a telephone poll located on U.S. 9 that illuminates the site.

    - There are flood lights located on every corner of the proposed brewery building that will be illuminated from dusk to dawn.

    - Applicant proposes to add bistro lights to the back patio.

  • Status of Application to NJABC

    - NJABC application has not yet been submitted as applicant is awaiting zoning approval to sign lease for property.

    - Once the lease is signed, the applicant will apply to the NJABC. - The applicant does not anticipate any difficulty obtaining a liquor license.

    On-Site Events

    - Applicant confirms that any and all events and/or private parties held on-site will comply with all state laws and restrictions, and town ordinances.

    Garbage Pick-Up

    - Applicant will provide private garbage pick-up services for on-site refuse.

  • Proposed Site Parking

    - There are currently 11 gravel parking spaces on premises and 1 paved handicapped spot per prior Resolution of Approval.

    - Applicant proposes to keep parking as-is.

  • Proposed Outdoor Seating

    -Applicant proposes six (6) outdoor seating tables with four seats per table. -As can be seen by the renderings and the site plan, there is ample paved area outside for customers to sit and enjoy their beverages. -Applicant reserves the right to add a nominal number of outdoor chairs and/or tables based on factors including, but not limited to, time of year and weather conditions.
