12U Tournament

July 24th - August 2rd

All Games are played on premium playing fields. Games will be played during the day and will continue through

the evening under the lights. Cornelia Warren Field is a softball field with a portable pitching mound.

Entry Fee of $70.00 per player includes: 2 Uniform T-Shirts, 1 Hat, 2 Pairs of socks (All that is yours to keep)

Little League Age 12 & Under Boys & Girls

4 Games Guaranteed (3 Pool Games and then Single Elimination) – Could play as many as 7 games. Weather

permitting.

Trophies for Champion & Runner Up Teams

The tournament is limited to 24 baseball teams. A $ 250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your

spot. Teams will be accepted in the order that deposits are received. Once we are full, teams will be placed on a

waiting list. Do not register until you are 100% committed. There is no limit on how many teams you can enter.

However there are NO REFUNDS!

Uniforms will be provided. Each kid will receive a red and blue t-shirt, red and blue socks and a hat. Pants are

not be provided. Teams must wear either all white or all gray pants. The Home team will wear blue and the Away

team will wear red. Home teams will be pre-determined for Pool play. The higher seeded team will be home

during tournament play.

There are no fees for parking or admission. We offer a full service concession and restroom amenities. Bring the

entire family!!

How to register: Fill out an application with your team information and mail it along with your deposit to:

Westbrook Little League, PO Box 1170, Westbrook, ME 04098.

We will take deposits now to secure your spot and they must be received by June 19th, 2015. Please send your

FINAL roster, uniform sizes and birth certificates along with your final payment, by June 30th, 2015.

Schedules will be posted on our website on July 17th, 2015.
