Allapplicableschoolfeesrelatedtoatermaredueandpayablepriortocommencementoftheterm.Schoolfeesmustbepaideveninthecaseofabsenceduetoinjury,illnessoranyothercause.2.TheSchoolreservestherighttorefuseentrytotheschooltoanystudentwhosefeesareoutstandingformorethanthirty(30)days.ApenaltyofRM50.00willbeleviedforlatepaymentoffees.3.SiblingDiscountsTheSchoolrecognisestheimpactthecostofeducationcanhaveonfamilieswithmultiplechildren.InanefforttoassistfamiliesconsideringBeaconhouse,theSchoolhasestablishedatuitionfeediscountforfamilieswithmultiplesiblings.Thefollowingapplies;The2nd,3rd,4thand5thenrolledchildwillbegivena5%,10%,15%and20%discountrespectively.Ifthereismorethan5children,the20%discountisapplicable.Definitionofsibling:Thestudentmustbeoneoftwoormorechildren(biologicalandbothparentsincommon).Thisdiscountisnotavailabletofamilymembersoutsidethesiblingrelationshipsuchasstepbrothers/sisters,cousinsetc.(Thisdiscountisapplicablefortheentiredurationofeachsibling'sstudyatBeaconhouseSchools)
Withdrawals1.
AllwithdrawalsmustbesubmittedONLINEwithatleastfour(4)monthsnoticegivenbeforethestudent'slastdayofschool.2.
Intheeventfour(4)months’noticeofwithdrawalisservedandthelastdayofthenoticeencroachesintoanewterm,theschoolfeesforthetermwillbepro-ratedaccordingly.3.
Thesecuritydepositwillberefundedafter30daysfromthelastdayofthenoticeifallwithdrawalconditionsaremet.4.AllwithdrawalsaresubjecttoanadministrativechargeofRM150
