• Process now begins in 7th grade (53A-1a-106)
• More guidance and support for all students in planning for high school graduation, college, career and life• Process guided by Eight Components of CCR
(College Board)• Process involves parents as critical
participants
Counselors are Scaling Up the CCR-Planning process
CCR-Plan Meetings
• 80% of secondary students had at least one individual CCR-Plan meeting with their counselor• Four junior high schools at 90% or higher• Three high schools at 90% or higher
• 40% parent attendance at secondary CCR-Plan meetings• Six junior highs at 50% or higher• Two high schools at 50% or higher
