• More guidance and support for all students in planning for high school graduation, college, career and life• Process guided by Eight Components of CCR

CCR-Plan Meetings

• 80% of secondary students had at least one individual CCR-Plan meeting with their counselor• Four junior high schools at 90% or higher• Three high schools at 90% or higher

• 40% parent attendance at secondary CCR-Plan meetings• Six junior highs at 50% or higher• Two high schools at 50% or higher
