PAYE INCOME VERIFICATION
• Last 3 pay slips for each borrower; OR
• At least two acceptable electronic payslips from the last two pay cycles, OR
• Most recent payslip with year to date figure (no more than 1 month old); OR
• Three months Bank statements from a Financial Institution showing regular salary credits, with the name of the employerevident minimum 3 months wages deposited;
If these documents are unavailable at least two of the following must be obtained for each borrower:• Recent letter from employer stating employment status (full time / part time / casual) and gross/net income for each
borrower , frequency of payment ,role or position, length of employment (original of this letter required);
• Employment Contract;
• Latest PAYG payment summary or ATO Notice of Assessment;
• One computer generated payslip.
SELF EMPLOYED INCOME VERIFICATION
• Copies of tax returns(individual and business)for the last 2 financial years with the last 2 ATO Assessment Notices for thelast 2 years; AND
• Financial statements – copy of last 2 years Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Statements with latest no more than18 months old
OTHER INCOME
• Centrelink income (including pensions, parenting payments, family payments) a letter from the Government Departmentwhich lists the benefit amount and frequency or bank statements showing deposits
• Rental income – last 3 monthly rental statements from agent or copy of bank statements showing 3 months rental income ora copy of the current tenancy/lease agreement

HOME INSURANCE
You will need to arrange for home insurance upon exchange of contracts and contents insurance from the time you move in. If you are purchasing a unit you will also need to obtain a Certificate of Currency from the body corporate’s insurer to make sure the property is adequately covered. bcu will need to be listed on your home insurance policy as an interested party and the minimum amount the property is to be insured for will be advised prior to settlement. A copy of the home insurance policy will be required by bcu 5 days prior to settlement.

DISCLOSURE TO INSURERS AND GUARANTORS
A lenders’ mortgage insurer or a registered trade insurer may obtain a consumer credit report about you from a Credit Provider or from a credit reporting body to access whether to provide lenders’ insurance to us in relation to application for consumer credit, or whether to provide trade insurance to us in relation to an application for commercial credit.
Lenders Mortgage Insurance may be acquired by the Credit Provider from Genworth Financial Mortgage Insurance Pty Ltd (ABN 60 106 974 305), trading as Genworth or QBE Lenders’ Mortgage Insurance limited (ABN 70 000 511 071).
