Join business lawyer, Jamie Nay from CBM Lawyers, as he discusses the new laws and their impact on the rights of current and potential franchisees, and the new obligations of franchisors. Jamie worked as a web developer until beginning law school at the University of Victoria in 2011. After completing law school in the spring of 2014 and articling with CBM Lawyers, Jamie was called to the Bar of British Columbia in early 2015. Jamie practices primarily in the areas of business, real estate, and estate planning law, and enjoys advising and assisting both personal and corporate clients on a wide array of legal matters and issues.
