Therefore, we were able to flex down winter beds. Staffing: Sickness levels increased in May due to short term sickness. The overall vacancy level didn’t change. Annual leave taken in May ’15 is unchanged. Temporary Staffing: Bank spend in May ’15 remains low main reason for nursing bank spend was Band 5 vacancies. During May no red shifts were recorded.
