Introduction
Portable Toilets are an ideal solution for where permanent
restrooms are not feasible. Temporary restrooms help eliminate the costs associated with building and maintaining permanent bathroom facilities. Here are some factors that may influence the rental price of your portable facility.

The type of porta potty you require will have an effect on the rental rate.
There are many different models that range from a standard unit all the way to mobile trailer facilities. Also, there are many different features that are available with each portable unit. Here are some of the models available and their features.
Standard Unit Deluxe & VIP Units Classic 30 Unit
Includes a toilet, urinal, toilet paper dispenser, and hand
sanitizer dispenser.
Features interior lighting, a fresh water sink, and a vanity mirror.
The unit is delivered fully stocked with toilet paper, hand
towels, and hand soap.
Hot and cold running water, white filon interior, heat/AC, on
board water supply, winterization package
Women’s: Five flush toilets, two
sinks with mirrors Men’s: Two flush toilets, two sinks with mirrors, and three
urinals
Length of Rental
The length of rental is another factor that weighs
in the price of renting a portable facility. There are usually pricing programs for weekly, monthly, and annual rentals.

Servicing
For Construction,
Seasonal, and Long-Term
rentals, service is provided
weekly. For Special Event, Single
Day/Weekend, and Wedding rentals,
service will be performed when
needed at an extra charge. Services
include:
Cleaning the interior of the portable toilet by scrubbing with
brushes and towel drying
Performing minor repairs to
the portable toilet as needed
Providing toilet tissue, hand
sanitizer, and recharging with
deodorizer.
Recharging the portable
toilet receptacle with deodorizer
Pumping or evacuating the effluent from the portable toilet
receptacle into the truck holding tank
Delivery & Pickup
The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and
in good repair when delivered.
Delivery and Placement of Equipment
The unit will be placed where it is level,
well ventilated, convenient to users and
accessible for service.
The unit will be fully stocked with toilet paper, hand sanitizer and proper
amounts of water and deodorizer.

Insurance
The customer is responsible for damages that do not occur as the result
of normal wear and tear. Common damages include: Graffiti, vandalism, arson, theft, hit & run, lightning, high winds, and floods. Rental units are not covered by insurance. The customer is responsible for losses from the time the unit is delivered until it is returned. The insurance coverage is as follows:
Comprehensive General Liability and Property
Damage with minimum limits of $300,000 each occurrence
or $500,000 aggregate or single limit coverage of
$1,000,000.
The customer’s insurance carrier must
send a Certificate of Insurance indicating
that Mr. John is an Additional Named
Insured.
All Risk Physical Damage – full value of
unit.
Mr. John also offers a damage waiver program to our customers. Enrollment is easy and available for all single unit portable toilet rentals.
