FESTIVE FUN
Our end of year celebration is going to take the form of
‘festive fun’ this year.
Everyone is invited to come along on Thursday 17th of
December from 5.00pm to approximately 7.30pm for lots
of fun Christmas games. Try your luck at Toss the Santa
sack, Reindeer relay or Candy cane Treasure Hunt. A
great event for the whole family!
Enjoy a barbequed sausage which will be for sale, or bring
your own picnic.
HOUSE SWIMMING SPORTS
Our House Swimming Sports are being run as this newsletter
goes to print. We will bring you the results in next week’s
newsletter.
ACTIVE AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES
Monday 7th December is the last session of T-Ball. Last
Tuesday was the final session of Zumba. Thank you to our
coaches and coordinators for running these sessions.
LIBRARY BORROWING
The Library has finished borrowing for the year. Reminder
notices have gone home. Please return all borrowed books by
this Friday. Accounts will go home next week for all
unreturned/lost books.
NEW YEARS EVE HELP!
If there is anyone willing and able to help sell Snow Cones at the
Coronet Bay New Year’s Eve party, please contact the school
office or let Leeanne Pendlebury know. Thank you.

We are currently completing grade placement for students
ready for transition day on Tuesday (9.00-1.30) when
students will get to meet their new teacher and fellow
grade members. Grades have been compiled with
consideration to parent requests, student friendship
requests and teacher recommendations.
GRADE 2 SLEEPOVER
The Grade 2 children had a great time at their sleepover last
Friday night. Thank you to our staff, Rob H, Craig L, Karina
Goewie and Courtney Baker for helping to make it possible.
We would also like to thank Jenny West for getting the milk and
cheese for us and putting it in the fridge and to Neroli Heffer for
her donation of Banana Cake and to Maru Wildlife Park for
bringing their animals along for the children to see.
CHRISTMAS RAFFLE
We will be having a Christmas Raffle with 3 hampers as prizes
which will be drawn at our Christmas event on 17th December.
A book of 10 tickets has gone home to every family with today’s
newsletter and we ask that you try and sell these for us. Please
return books and money to school by Monday 14th December.
