Basic communication: Fax behave in a very polite way. They start from handshaking.

Introduce each other at the beginning, and tell their capability.

Messenger tells as easier as the listener can understand. Messenger tries if he speaks too fast or not before he starts

telling the main subject.

Messenger always confirms the listener whether he understood or not.

If the listener don’t understand well, the messenger repeats exactly what he missed. (ECM mode)

If the listener don’t understand well, the messenger tells it to his boss. (Non-ECM mode)

They don’t leave without saying “Bye (DCN)”

With pseudo CI function The fax can ring the remote telephone, so it

may helps customer who install the fax and the phone in separate rooms.

Hi-end Fax (More than Fax-L380 series)

connected telephone or the handset, so it’s suitable for customer whose desk is close to the fax.
