We realize that parents and spectators need rooms as well, and we have made every effort to block as many rooms
as possible so everyone will have a place to stay. Parents and spectators should make their reservations with the
Hotels directly once all Teams have been accommodated.
We feel there will be plenty of rooms for everyone who wishes to stay. However, if spectators begin calling and
reserving rooms before their team qualifies, it will upset the system and cause a lot of unnecessary confusion and
frustration. Please be patient for spectator rooms and allow teams time to secure their rooms first.
It is each school’s responsibility to secure their Team reservations directly through the Hotel properties. Please do not make your reservation until your team has actually qualified for the tournament. Sulphur Parks & Recreation office and personnel will be available to assist teams with additional information as needed by contacting the numbers listed on page one of the brochure.
