Leaving the M6 at Junction 36, exit the roundabout onto the A590 west signposted (Windermere / Kendal). After 3 1/2 miles, use the left lane to take the A590 slip road to Barrow / Milnthorpe / A6, taking the first exit at the roundabout onto the A590. Follow the road for 6 miles until you reach the Meathop Roundabout, where you will need to take the 2nd exit to continue on the A590.
