Terms&Conditions

I. AllstudentsenrolledwithNICSwillhavetoworkhard.Ifthefacultyfeelsthatthestudentisnotstudyingenough,oriscreatingindisciplineattheinstituteinanyform,he/shemaybeexpelledfromtheinstitute.Nofeeorpartfeeshallberefundedinsuchacase.

2. Ifanystudentremainsabsentformorethantwoclasses,withoutanypriorwrittenapplication,he/shewillnotbeallowedtoattendanyclassesortests.He/shemaybedeemedtobeexpelledfromtheinstituteandnoseparateinformationwillbesenttotheparents.Nofeeorpartfeeshallberefundedinsuchacase.

3. Astudentwhoislateby10minutesforaclass/testwillnotbeallowedtoentertheclassroom.

4. AnystudentcaughtadoptingunfairmeansduringClasstestisliableforimmediateremovalfromtheexaminationhall.

5. Ifastudentisabsentormissesaclass/test,he/shecancollectthestudybooklet/questionpaperfromtheofficewithin15daysfromthedateoftheclass/test,failingwhichtheinstitutewillnotberesponsibleforit.Thestudentisthenexpectedtogetthestudybooklet/questionpaperphotocopiedfromotherstudents/friendsintheclass.

6. Theparentscanmeetfacultyorcentrein-chargeforanyenquiryabouttheirward'sprogressoranyotherproblemwithpriorappointmentonly.

7. Anychangeofaddressshouldbenotifiedbythestudentinwritingtotheinstitutewithin15days.

8. NICSreservestherighttomakeanychangesinitsprograms/venue/timinganddaysofclasseswithoutdiscussionwithstudents/parents.However,thesameshallbeinformedabouttothestudents/parents.

9. StudentsenrolledwithNICShavetosubmitphotocopyofAdmitcardofEntranceexams,failingwhichthestudents'willnotbeaIIowedtoattendtheTest-series,andwillnotbegivenanyTestpapersorpasswordforloggingontoOnlinetests.

10. Itisthesoleresponsibilityofthestudent/parenttocheckwhetherhe/sheiseligibleforaparticularEntranceexamornot,beforetakingadmissionatNICS.After takingadmission, ifa student learns thathe/she isnoteligible foranEntranceexamandwishes towithdrawadmission,NICSwillnotatallberesponsibleforthesame.Nofeeorpartfeeshallberefundedinthiscase.

11. Itisthesoleresponsibilityofthestudent/parenttopurchase/filltheApplicationform/BrochureforEntranceexamsandreadtheinstructionscarefully.NICSwillnotberesponsibleifastudentsomehowmissesthelastdateofsubmissionofApplicationformforanyEntranceexam.

12. NICSreservestherighttopublishstudents'PhotographandResultforadvertisementpurpose.

13. NICSreserves-therighttouse/publishstudents'notes/drawingsforStudybooklets'preparation.

14. AfterdepositingtheAdmissionfeetowardsB.Arch.ProgrammesatNICS,andhavingnotattendedevenasingleclass,ifastudentdecidestowithdrawforreasonswhatsoever,40%ofthetotalcoursefeewillbedeductedand60%willberefunded,onlyifthestudentinformsthesametotheinstitute10daysbeforethecommencementoftheclasses.

15. AfterdepositingtheAdmissionfeetowardsB.Arch.CrashCourseProgramandhavingattendedevenasingleclass,ifthestudentwishestowithdrawforreasonswhatsoever,nofeewillberefundedatall.

16. Afterdepositing theAdmission fee towardsB.Arch.1yr./2yr.Program,andhavingattendedevenasingleclass, if thestudentwishes towithdraw forreasonswhatsoever, first instalmentof the feewillnotberefundedatall.Theremaining feewillberefundedonly if, theapplicationofwithdrawalissubmittedwithin60daysofthedateofadmission.After60daysofdateofadmissionnofeewillberefundedatall.

17. Chequepaymentswillbeacceptedasfeetowardsanyprogram,onlytill10daysbeforethecommencementoftheclasses.DemandDraftandBankTransferwillbeacceptedhenceforth.

18. Nostudentshallbeallowedtoattendclasseswithoutpaymentofthefirstinstalmentofthecoursefee..

19. Studentsshallnotbeallowedtoleaveinstitutepremisesduringbreak-timeorduringclass-time.Incaseofanyemergencythestudentmustinformthefaculty/centrein-charge.

20. FeeoncepaidtowardsaparticularprogrambyastudentisNon-Adjustabletowardsanyotherprogram,andNon-Transferabletoanyotherstudent.

21. BatchNo.andBatchTimeallottedtoastudentatthetimeofadmission,willnotbechangedlater.

22. The Institute and all its Facultymembers feel ultimate responsibility tomake good results for all students, andwork and guide themaccordingly.However,wedonotguaranteeanyresult.

23. Incaseofchequebounce,anadditionalRs.500willbechargedfromparentsaspenalty.

24. FeetowardsanyprogramwillbeacceptedinDemantDraftonly,ifStudybooklet/saretobecollectedthesameday.
