AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement entered into by and between: JUAN D. PERALTA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of and with postal address 502nd Paulog, Ligao City, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

- and

SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY of TINAGO, LIGAO CITY herein represented by Brgy. Capt. RODELIO A. ESPIRITU, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and postal address at Tinago, Ligao City, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H :

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY obtained a loan from the FIRST PARTY in the total amount of Two Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Pesos (PhP232,000.00);

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY will pay said amount at the end of year 2013 or after he has obtained the proceeds of his Compulsory Retirement Benefits;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above-agreement, the FIRST PARTY agrees that the SECOND PARTY will pay said total amount at the end of year 2013 or after he has obtained the proceeds of his Compulsory Retirement Benefits.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 5th day of April, 2013 at Ligao City, Philippines.
