other barangays of Siniloan.

II. Methodology

The students will seek the approval of the Brgy. Cahirman of Brgy.

Halayhayin for the conduct of the project. An interview will be undertaken with the

Brgy. Cahirman and the Brgy. Treasurer on the different monetary transcations

and the reports to be generated.

Once the transaction and the reports to be generated are identified and

established, the group will prepare the software that will record the different

transcations and that will produce the needed reports. It will be pre-tested and

validated through the help of their instructor and their classmates.

After it passed the pre-testing stage, it will be put to use in the barangay

for the actual test. The reports generated will be validated by the reports

generated manually using the manual recording system of the barangay. Once

established that it produces the same result, it will be presented to the barangay

chairman and treasurer for verification and acceptance.
