Welcome Everyone! We would like to invite everyone to our annual bull sale Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at our farm 9 miles south of Langenburg on #8 and 3 miles east of the Bar-H sign.
We have always been excited and enjoyed the livestock business but the current cattle economy gives us even more reason to enjoy what we do. If we are excited about the cattle industry we are even more excited about the Black Angus seed stock industry. I dont know if there has ever been a time in history where there has been so many good genetics with so many tools to use and so many outstanding individuals to pick from. Calving ease and birth weight, performance, frame, feedlot efficiency, maternal and the all important quality end product for the consumer. The Black Angus breed has positioned itself to be all things to all cattlemen regardless of your particular need or market.
The two year old bulls we have on offer have been managed for longevity and soundness. All bulls selling have been weaned without any creep and the two year olds were brought through last winter with 5 pounds of pellets/day and all the tame hay they wanted. The goal was not to attain big yearling weights but rather to grow the bulls out naturally to their genetic potential. We believe we have a bull for everyone regardless the size of your operation, be it 10 cows or 1000 and well be here to serve you and treat everyone with the same equal value that you deserve.
We measure every possible trait we can to help you make your decision easier and hopefully your results will be successful, that is our goal, your success.
If you have any questions about any of the bulls selling or about our program dont hesitate to call any one of us here at the farm or T bar C.
Again join us for dinner, we are serving Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib and enjoy our good friend and neighbor Morley Thorpe as he will be entertaining us with cowboy poetry. We look forward to seeing you March 25th.

Welcome to one of the spring`s most exciting bull sales! The Hogberg family are no strangers to the seed stock industry, as they have being suppliers of quality sires for nearly four decades.
Why the excitement...well over the past couple of years, their feature sire, S Titlest 1145, has come to the forefront in the Angus breed worldwide. This leading sire for Semex Alliance ranks in the top one percent of the breed for birth weight, the top three percent for calving ease, the top ten percent for milk and ratios of 113 for weaning and 112 for yearling while carrying optimal frame.
Why the excitement...Bar-H offers the only calf crop ever offered for sale to date. Fifty virgin two year old bulls...ranch raised, summer grazed, then wintered on a high roughage diet to ensure quality and soundness. These virgin two year old bulls are rugged, athletic and ready to cover lots of cows and add bottom line net value to any beef program.
As we restock the North American landscape in the next decade, maternal value will be the trait of highest importance. Bar-H bulls offer these sought after traits...do it as a favor for your cows!
Plan to be with us for the Bar-H event. Come early and be treated to a Certified Angus beef luncheon; complete with a bit of cowboy poetry.
If we, at T Bar C, may be of any assistance prior to or sale day, do not hesitate to give Shane, Ted or myself a call and we will be pleased to help you with your selections and requirements.
See you at Robins.
