TKSA new technical BAP (Battery Add Passive) sensor (temperature) system, which eliminates the limitation of high cost and low efficiency in the existing quarantine management system for animal by-products, ensures the reliability of early correspondence on infectious diseases such as the foot and mouth disease of livestock between the quarantine center and farmers of animal products. It also ensures data which can be intercepted before diffusion to peripheral farmers, reducing huge loss (spirit, money, image) caused by livestock’s infectious diseases.

3 ) Necessity of proposal TKS

A system of notifying livestock’s infectious diseases in advance, introduced by a BAP sensing (temperature) system, is established to save quarantine expense and reduce quarantine time, and a competitive livestock quarantine environment will be established via a new quarantine tool and an early notification system based on reliability between livestock and farmers.

4 ) Establishment scheme of proposal system TKS Insert a temperature sensor into all cattle. Install a switchboard which can detect sensing inside a farm. The switchboard transmits data to a control center via a communication network. Farmer and office clerks of the center can monitor in real time.

5 ) Introduction to occupation technology

TKS1. Technical name: 900MHz RFID IC no-power temperature sensor2. Summary of sensor semiconductor technology- RFID label of a 900 MHz built-in semiconductor type temperature sensing sensor - A system for developing sensing label and processing on objects by taking the development of non-contact temperature sensing label as goal.- Meet EPC global Gen2 standard, and expand transmission distance through semiactive way.3. Characteristics of sensor semiconductor technology- An RFID sensing label core technology capable of maximizing long distance RF Range with low power consumption is developed after integration with the temperature sensing of the objects on the basis of a design technology of EPC Gen2 RFID with the frequency of 900MHz- Passive form which can be operated without batteries and semi-active RFID function containing batteries, and particularly the function of wireless energy transmission and battery recharging (development plan in the future)- Apply CMOS temperature sensor technology utilizing Delta-Sigma integrator and the accuracy of 0.1 degree can be achieved by using 8bit (256 count) low-electric power ADC internal storage within the temperature measurement range.- Develop comprehensive file management system of livestock by using the non-contact temperature sensing label (2012.6~2015.5)
