Banquet Agreement
All reservations and agreements are made upon, and subject to,
the guidelines of Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport
and the following conditions:
Tax
All federal, state, and municipal taxes which may be imposed or applicable to this
agreement and to the services rendered by the hotel are in addition to the prices herein
agreed upon, and the patron agrees to pay for them.
Refresh Policy
Please refer to menus for service times on all meal periods. We will gladly refresh any
service beyond these times at the A La Carte prices which are available for your event
manager.
Guaranteed Minimums
All items ordered must serve the minimum guarantee number of guests. In order to
protect the service and quality of your event, we do not accept order for items that
serve less than your total guaranteed minimum.
Prices
The hotel guarantees prices 6 months prior to your event. Specific per person prices
and menus may be outlined in your contract to avoid market increases.
Function Rooms
Function rooms are assigned by the hotel according to the guaranteed minimum number
of guests anticipated. Increased room rental fees are applicable if group attendance
drops below the estimated attendance at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right
to change groups to a room more suitable at the hotel’s discretion for the attendance,
with notification, if attendance drops or increase.

Food and Beverage Guarantee
Three (3) business days prior to all banquet functions, the hotel requires the customer to
submit a guaranteed number of guests for each scheduled event. The guaranteed number
of guests cannot be increased by more than 10% prior to the function date.
Number of Guests
The guaranteed number of guests is due by 12 noon 3 business days prior to the events. If
the guarantee is not received by the cutoff day/time, the hotel will use the contracted
agreed number of people as the guarantee. The guarantee becomes the minimum number
of guests used in calculating food preparation. Should the actual number of guests in
attendance of the even exceed the guarantee, the customer will be charged for that number
of guests.
Food and Beverage
Due to the liability and legal restrictions, no outside food or beverage of any kind may be
brought into the hotel by the customer, guests, or exhibitors. Sheraton Hartford Hotel at
Bradley Airport is the only licensed authority to sell and serve liquor for consumption on
the premises. Connecticut law requires persons to be a minimum of 21 years of age to
consume alcoholic beverages. Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport reserves the
right to refuse alcohol service to anyone.

Any damages to the hotel, as a result of the group activity, will be subject to a repair
charge. A scheduled walk-through should be arranged through event management
prior to move-in and after move-out to assess the condition.
