Bankruptcy, inheritance, surrendering car?

Currently, i am in Chapter 13 bankruptcy. i have 2 cars in my plan. There is a ppossibilty I am due to get an inheritance, but I dont know when. I wanted to surrender one of the cars in the plan. My question is, if I surrender the car tomorrow and decrease the amount of my plan. Then 3 months later, get an inheritance, and pay out my bankruptcy: can I get in trouble for this.
