6 portions Banana ice cream Method 1. Peel bananas. Slice into approximately 1cm pieces, place in a freezer bag and freeze till completely frozen. 2. Place bananas in a food processor and blend till smooth. Chefs Tips 1. This mixture doesn’t look like it will work at first and looks crumbly, but it does work! Leave the food processor on till the banana is the same texture as ice cream. Tastes delicious and it’s of course healthy. 2. Leave some sliced banana in the freezer for up to one month for whenever you really want a sweet treat. 3. Best consumed straight away. 4. Main allergen free! Vegetarian and vegan friendly! Health and Safety tip The food processor does shake when first switched on so hold onto it safely. Banana ice cream

Method
