Ballantine Adult Fantasy series

Volumes published as part of the series, based on a listing by Lin Carter in Imaginary Worlds: the Art of Fantasy with the addition of books new to Ballantine published under the Unicorn's Head colophon thereafter. Inexplicably, Carter's study Lovecraft: A Look Behind the Cthulhu Mythos (1972) is never listed in the series, though published by Ballantine.
