NIITian validates the BSC & send to FL supervisor for approval, who can freeze it. 5 days window with NIITian & 3 days with FL Supervisor to freeze standard BSC else it will get auto frozen

Data Source should be an independent source and auditable. If data source is an internal tracker, then the
parameter details should be clearly defined at the time of BSC creation/approval/template creation. This will need
to be uploaded for PACE evaluation

Applicability of Upside FY20• Upside denotes achievement above 100% on BSC measures against annual targets/goal.
• Applicable to identified BSC measures for annual achievement exceeding 100%.
• Upside is applicable for annual CYD achievement.
• Applicability of Upside for KPA & BSC measures are illustrated below; no other BSC measures will attract Upside other than the ones listed below:

• In-case of Role Change new BSC needs to be created for New Role. If it is STD/CUST,defined template for that role will be mapped. If it is UNQ “Create BSC” linked will beenabled for BSC creation for that new position.
• NIITian will have separate BSC Blocks for each Role.
• Extend Role option is available if same BSC with old targets needs to be created fornew role.
• New BSC should be created and made online within 1 month of any such change.
• BSC Delimit option is available to add a new BSC Block without Role Change.
• BSC can be delimited to a desired duration and new BSC Block (Blank or copied) can beassigned.

Sales Incentive(SI) Parameters
NIITians in Sales Roles in benefit plans EP, P, EQ, Q & R should havetheir SI parameters from among the BSC parameters.
SI Parameters to be a maximum of 3 & ALL from FIN or CustomerAcquisition parameters from CUST.
ALL SI Parameters to be approved by the respective Biz. HR.
All Sales Incentive parameters must have quarterly targets andthreshold targets based on which the Sales Incentive will be paid.

Guidelines for defining goals & Weightages

For financial measure it is mandatory to capture quarterly goals. All measures to have goals aligned to H1 or H2 or both for biannual evaluation. Eg Revenue in both H1 & H2, CSS in H1 or H2 whenever the survey happens.
Weightage for measures with targets aligned to either H1 or H2 will be annual. Eg CSS in H2 with 10% weightage will be for the year
Weightages for measures with targets aligned to both H1 & H2, the weightages for H1 & H2 will be proportionate to the annual target. Eg Order Intake weightage is 30% and target in H1 (30Mn) & H2 (70Mn) weightage will be 9% and 21% respectively
Weightages for all measures will add-up to 100% in total, annually

Important points to REMEMBER

BSC should capture outcome of the role instead
of activities
Metrics that matter :: BSC should have 4 to 5 critical
parameters
While defining BSC data tracking should be clearly
identified
For initiative :: steps, sub steps of the project along with the outcome
must be defined clearly
In case of role changes, transfer BSC changes should
be done then & there
