Docked in Bal Harbour, Florida at the exclusive Bal Harbour Yacht Club, which is conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Serque is the yacht of choice for a private event, vacation or adventure at sea.

Custom-built by Adam Katz, a real estate mogul and professional aviator, Serque was launched on October 15, 2008 after three years of construction. Serque’s grand exterior was designed by Donald L. Blount and Associates of Chesapeake, Virginia. Luxurious interiors by Pavlik Yacht Design of Fort Lauderdale, Florida are complemented by wood work handcrafted in Viareggio, Italy by Genesis Yachtline.

Superior mahogany sapele wood inlays, lush fabrics and state of art technology create a five-star experience on the seas. Serque’s unique design incorporates spacious walkways and skillfull, minimalist craftsmanship with inconspicously positioned electrical outlets, kitchen appliances, telephones and remote controls, all built within drawers and hidden from plain sight.

Cat Cay

The grand master stateroom located on the main deck features a custom-made California king bed and spectacular starboard and port views. His-and-her bathrooms include a Kohler Jacuzzi equipped with a 32-inch television at the base.

BimiNi

Perfect for children, this lower deck room features two twin beds with an additional Pullman berth. The room comes equipped with PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gaming consoles.

This VIP stateroom towards the bow features a raised platform bed and is complemented by a large bathroom equipped with Kohler tub and shower. The desk/work station and sitting area is ideal for the business traveler at sea.

This room has a full-sized bed and matching Pullman berth designed with vibrant colors and fabrics.

RelaxSerque’s on-board chef prepares gourmet meals around the clock using Viking and Sub-Aero appliances, Gaggenau ovens, a Thermador cook-top and Miele espresso Machine. Serve an elegant meal for 12 on Pickard China with Christofle stemware in the dining room while taking in stunning water views. For a more casual dining experience dine on the top deck and keep comfortable with Serque’s uniquely-designed outdoor air conditioning.

The show-stopping flybridge features a L-shaped bar and three LCD televisions. Watch a movie or listen to music using the Crestron waterproof remote without ever leaving the Hot Springs tub. Fiber optic rope lighting is hidden inside a custom design, overflow capture system creating a spectacular atmosphere while stargazing and sipping Champagne.

E njoy the comforts of home aboard Serque with one of the 22 flat screen LCD televisions throughout the yacht, each equipped with satellite TV and

Kaleidoscope movie servers. Set the mod with Rotel audio equipment and Bowers & Wilkins speakers and iPod docks throughout the boat.

Take in the view from the aft deck while relaxing in the 10-person hot tub or grilling on the Viking barbecue. Enjoy water sports with the 47-foot intrepid motor boat, an 18’ Yacht tender and two custom-charged Yamaha Waverunners as well as for snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing equipment. Explore your port of call on our two Yamaha motor scooters.

Guests never have to feel out of touch from the office. Remain connected at all times with four back-up internet access sytems. Copy, print, fax and e-mail just like home from any ocean or dock using the MTN, VSAT, or Iridium data connection. MTN supplies the communication on 90% of cruise ships worldwide.

Relax inside our main salon decorated with rich earth tones and complemented with leather chairs and a custom chenille sectional. Choose from over 700 films on the Kaleidescope movie server.

S erque was constructed in accordance with ABS one compartment rules. There are three water-tight doors on the lower deck as well as a full casualty pump system and two fire-fighting stations. No

expense was spared in regards to safety. Fire, smoke and carbon monoxide is monitored in every area of the boat through the SIMON System and fire pull stations are located throughout the vessel.

The all-glass pilothouse offers state-of-the-art navigation and communication equipment including a 375-point SIMON monitoring system to keep track of everything from hot tub water pressure to on-board security cameras. Additional features include:
