Dear Noemi:

I regret to inform you that after of the 15.May.2010 project deadline, your position will no longer be

available. MuuMuu Design Corporation is downsizing due to poor economic performance over the lasttwo quarters. While your design insights have been extremely valuable over the last five years, demand

for couture MuuMuus has dropped. Consequently, the Design Team 4 contract will not be renewed.

Your contributions have been well appreciated and I would be willing to write a positive letter of

recommendation for any other positions you may be interested in. Currently, there are no positions

open in other departments, however you would be considered for any in-house positions that open up.

At this time, MuuMuu Design Corp. is unable to offer a severance package. However, you will have

access to job placement assistance from our human resources department. Your retirement account

can be either withdrawn or transferred to any other company without penalty. Any saved up vacation

time will be paid to you after the 15.May.2010 deadline.
