细菌的营养物质

水: 营养物质必须先溶于水,营养的吸收与

代谢均需有水才能进行;

氮源:来源于氨基酸、蛋白质等,合成菌体

成分;

碳源: 来源于糖类,提供能量;

无机盐: 钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、硫、铁等;

生长因子:生长必需但自身不能合成的物质,

如维生素、氨基酸等;

细菌的营养类型

利用能源和碳源的不同,将细菌营养类型分为:

自养菌autotroph 利用无机碳源、氮源

-化能自养菌

-光能自养菌

异养菌heterotroph 利用有机碳源、氮源

-腐生菌saprophyte

-寄生菌parasite -大多数病原菌

二、影响细菌生长的因素

营养: 碳源、氮源

pH: 多数病原菌最适pH为7.2~7.6 (嗜中性)

少数菌嗜酸性或嗜碱性,可用于鉴别菌种

温度: 多数病原菌为嗜温菌,最适37℃

嗜冷菌-冷藏食物

渗透压 等渗(生理盐水、PBS)

(一)细菌的分解代谢产物与生化反应

通过生化试验的方法检测细菌对各种基质的代谢

作用及其代谢产物,从而鉴别细菌的反应统称为

细菌的生化反应。

糖发酵试验

(二)合成代谢产物

1.热原质

细菌合成的一种注入人体内引起发热反应的物

质。大多数是G-菌的脂多糖。

热原质耐高温

高压蒸汽灭菌不破坏(121℃,20 min),250℃高温干烤才能破坏

导致输液反应的因素之一

热原质检查:鲎试验(从栖生于海洋的节肢动物“鲎”的兰色血液中提取变形细胞溶解物,若试剂立即凝固或变色,就说明注射液内含有热原质-内毒素)

侵袭性酶 损伤机体组织,促进细菌侵袭和扩散,如卵磷脂酶 (产气荚膜梭菌 )、透明质酸酶(链球菌)

5. 细菌素:只能杀伤有亲缘关系的细菌,如大肠菌

素。无治疗意义,有助于细菌分型。

6. 维生素:某些肠道菌合成,如B族维生素、VK。

3.色素:金黄色葡萄球菌—金黄色色素(脂溶性)铜绿假单胞菌—绿色色素(水溶性)可用于细菌鉴别
