• The Sledgehammer Security Action Plan and one of its attachments (Government Program) contain ( g )verbatim extracts from the closing speech of a conference that took place in 2005. – Author of the speech is on record saying that he delivered the speech for the first time in that conference


• The officer who appears as the author of a document on the metadata was in the U.S. for training during g gthe entire period when the document was allegedly created and last saved – he was in the U.S. between July 2002 and June 2003


• The name of a naval officer is shown in two documents using a version that never appeared in g ppmilitary documentation until 2007– military rolls were updated in 2007, at which time the more recent version was entered in the rolls.


• Three officers that are listed as “officers to be deported from Army” (because of their Islamic p y (sympathies) were also attendees in the Plan Seminar, which was—according to the allegations—a dress rehearsal of the coup


• Prosecutors claim that the bombing of the mosques during Friday prayers (Carsaf and Sakal Action Plans) g y p y ( )was secretly discussed during the Plan Seminar on 5‐7 March 2003. However, the bombings were scheduled for Friday, February 28, 2003 on the Carsaf and Sakal documents, before the Seminar.
