Please allow up to 10 days for deliveries to EIRE, Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands. Next Day and ‘Name the Day’ Delivery Next Day delivery charge is £5.95 on orders placed before 7pm. If ordering on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, in stock items will be despatched on the next working day so please allow one additional day for delivery. ‘Name the Day’ delivery charge is £5.95 for delivery on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Two Man Delivery Service Our ‘Two-man’ delivery service (indicated by a L in the product text) is available where items are delivered to the room of your choice. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery day.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDSYou can return items anywhere in the UK using our free returns service, for a refund or replacement, within 30 days of the despatch

date. This excludes personalised products and self assembly items which have been assembled or part-assembled, unless damaged or faulty. Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange mattresses, bedding, toilet accessories, car seats or personal grooming products, once the packaging has been opened.
