What is the difference between the B.A.B.A. and a B.S. degree? The B.A.B.A. program includes course work that is

required for all business majors, but you complete

a regional campus minor instead of additional

business courses.

Can I take the prerequisite courses after I am admitted to UCF? Students should complete common program

prerequisites prior to enrolling at UCF. The

B.A.B.A. degree is a restricted-access program

and UCF Regional Campuses does not offer

business prerequisite courses.

I took two years of foreign language in high school. Will these courses count at UCF? Yes, but you will still need to show proficiency in

a language by taking two semesters of the same

language at the college level—or pass either the

CLEP or the Foreign Language Proficiency exam.

Am I required to complete a minor if I am a B.A.B.A. major? Yes, the minor is your area of specialization.

Students enrolled in the B.A.B.A. major must

complete a minor (excluding business) that is

offered at a regional campus.

FOR MORE INFORMATIONvisit regionalcampuses.ucf.edu.

Will I have to take classes at UCF’s main campus? No, all course work for the B.A.B.A. is available

exclusively through UCF Regional Campuses.

Does UCF accept upper-level business courses from other universities? Yes, but you need to complete at least 15 credit

hours of business courses at UCF. To substitute a

course from another university, submit a course

substitution form with a copy of the course syllabus

and your UCF degree audit. Students should

contact their academic advisor for additional

details regarding the petition process.

How many credit hours does the B.A.B.A. require to graduate? That depends on how many you transfer to UCF

and how many credit hours your chosen minor

requires. You will need to complete a minimum of

120 credit hours total, 48 of which are upper-level.
