• our menus feature seasonal and locally-grown products. each month, our executive chef creates a unique menu that highlights the bold flavors of the season with fresh produce, meats and dairy from our local farms.
• all of our seafood is purchased in accordance with the monterey bay aquarium’s seafood watch guidelines for sustainability and our fish is never air-freighted.
• the bon appétit catering at penn culinary team offers many menu items that can be served family-style or in bulk, reducing excess waste. our house-made parmesan-ranch chips, for example, are a delicious alternative to wasteful, individually bagged snacks.
• we offer traditional china service that is both more elegant and sustainable than using disposable service-ware. if necessary, we can provide service-ware that is biodegradable and compostable, thus eliminating plastic and styrofoam waste.
• instead of individual plastic beverage bottles, bon appétit catering at penn offers many refreshing beverages in tasteful beverage dispensers.
• we are happy to provide signage and bins for composting, recycling, and trash to ensure that waste is disposed of in an environmentally-responsible manner.

late ordersbon appétit catering welcomes last-minute orders, but please note that they are subject to availability. if special product orders must be made to accommodate a last-minute request, any additional costs will be charged to the client.
food and beveragescatering orders will include all necessary utensils and condiments in quantities necessary for your order. please note: many of our orders will include disposable packaging. we may not be back to remove used packaging. we will return to pick up non-disposable hot beverage containers.

orderingbon appétit catering has a $500 per day minimum for deliveries that occur outside of perelman quad or for any weekend orders. all other orders are welcomed for pick-up from the kitchen at houston market, located on the lower level of houston hall.
although we make every effort to accommodate last minute orders and changes, please contact us as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations. all of our food is prepared to order; therefore, cancellations or changes made within 48 business hours of the event may be billed in full.
