Bacardi is one of the most recognisable and long-established drinks brands in the world and Brand Addition is retained to provide

innovative merchandise that includes services such as packaging for retailers and giveaways for consumer promotions.

We source high-impact merchandise and offer efficient buying programmes that reduce production costs and maximise budgets.

Collaborating with Bacardi’s network of procurement teams across Europe, Brand Addition responds to requirements for high quality, ethically-sourced products and packaging that’s relevant to Bacardi’s industry and appealing to international consumers.

We provide ideas, concepts and designs to meet briefs for internal events, consumer facing gift-with-purchase and POS such as bar runners, jiggers and coasters.

For the GWP activity, we work closely with marketing and logistics teams to produce gifts such as sunglasses or hats for example that fit specific packaging requirements for on-pack giveaways. We design and supply the products, delivering to Bacardi’s distribution centre ready to be packed with the promotional bottles.

In addition to GWP we source and produce items for the global POS catalogue which services every Bacardi market in the world.

GLOBAL STORAGE SOLUTIONSBrand Addition is BT’s approved merchandise provider and has

been since 1999; supplying a range of creative branded merchandise that promote the telecoms giant’s full range of services.

In addition to our everyday sales and marketing activity, Brand Addition recently supported BT’s sponsorship activity for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games together with the launch of BT Sport.

As well as promoting London 2012 ahead of the launch, a catalogue of products was also provided for when the games were underway, for customers that attended Olympic events and to promote the BT brand within the Olympic Park.

Brand Addition was responsible for managing the design, production and consolidated deliveries of merchandise to multiple sites, including 70 call centres across the UK.

FASHION WITH

Brand Addition works with Calvin Klein licensees to provide gift-with-purchase campaigns that characterise the CK brand. Each year, promotional calendars are devised which include incentives

for consumers and retailers as well as CK staff.

SETTING THE STANDARD Building on the successful implementation of campaigns across Europe, more than a dozen projects are now rolled out annually, covering non-European territories too; including seasonal and generic gift-with-purchase promotions for men’s, women’s and kids’ ranges, supporting product launches for CK swimwear, underwear and jeans.

By proactively collaborating, both parties have developed a close working relationship, with Brand Addition operating as an extension of the CK team; delivering tailored campaigns that promote and protect the globally recognised CK brand, while simultaneously increasing sales and achieving the long-term objectives of the business.

CHARITY EVENTSBrand Addition has worked with BBC Children in Need since 2009 by providing desirable and high quality merchandise, including the

iconic Pudsey Bear.

Over the years, Brand Addition has supplied a range of different products that help raise awareness and generate valuable revenue for the charity, including wristbands, Pudsey ears, keyrings and pin badges.

With well-known British high street retailers supporting BBC Children in Need by selling the charity’s merchandise, Brand Addition also designs and supplies eye-catching display units to effectively and conveniently market the charity’s merchandise.

For over ten years, Brand Addition has been a trusted partner to the luxury skincare brand Clarins, developing gift-with-purchase promotions that successfully market their ranges in department

stores and spas across the UK.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE Every promotion is tailored to suit the consumer, specific to each retail store, making trend analysis across a range of demographics imperative. Brand Addition’s design teams work closely with their suppliers to ensure that products incorporate the latest fabric innovations and contemporary styles to be appealing for the customer as well as perfectly representing the Clarins brand.

To maintain the exceptional product quality that’s expected, a strict approach to due diligence is implemented from product development through to delivery. Our quality assurance teams in the Far East work closely with manufacturers to ensure the entire product cycle is completed to an incredibly high standard.

For nearly two decades, Brand Addition has partnered with some of the largest financial institutions, insurance and professional service companies in the world; sourcing and distributing quality, ethically-sourced merchandise to help promote their brands on a national and

international basis.

We create collections of inventive products designed to meet our customers’ diverse target markets ranging from consumers, graduates and small businesses through to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. The branded merchandise we provide supports events, sponsorship programmes, account activation and service recovery.

Brand Addition manages the whole end-to-end process of design, sourcing, stockholding and distribution of branded merchandise ensuring our clients retain control of one of their most valuable assets; their brand identity.

When Google needed a partner to supply innovative branded merchandise globally, it chose Brand Addition thanks to our emphasis on creativity, innovation and responsible sourcing.

A BRIGHTER FUTURE With two range refreshes per year (across the Google, Android and YouTube brands) and around 60 new products introduced with each refresh, the product catalogue constantly evolves. And not surprisingly, the merchandise webshop Brand Addition hosts for Google (B2B and B2C) had to be engaging and secure to reflect the brand’s reputation in the world of technology. Through this site we’ve now shipped orders to over 70 countries and we process over 20,000 orders per year.

Brand Addition also runs the on-campus shop in Google’s European headquarters in Dublin. This is a convenience store for all on site staff and visitors to buy the latest Google merchandise and includes gifts certificates which can also be redeemed on the Google webstore. It’s been a great success.

WE CAN SOURCE ITFor approaching 20 years, Brand Addition has been contracted

by JCB to manage their branded merchandise to help market and promote one of the UK’s most famous brands.

From technical clothing to licensed scale models, Brand Addition designs, sources and distributes branded merchandise to support JCB and its dealer network worldwide. We host their online e-store and manage the on-site shop at the JCB headquarters in Rocester, UK, as well numerous on-site stores at international industry exhibitions.

Quality is paramount and our merchandise captures the essence of the JCB brand; it’s used for activities such as dealer sales support through to high profile industry events. Dispatching products to countries all over the world, including the US, Russian, Asian and European markets, Brand Addition distributes JCB merchandise to over 2,000 JCB dealers worldwide.

PROMOTING CHARITIESMacmillan, the cancer support charity, engaged Brand Addition

because it needed a supplier to offer fresh and exciting merchandise that would help raise the profile of its campaigns and maximise

fundraising potential.

The charity has a number of ‘facilitated giving’ programmes negotiated with major high street retailers and Brand Addition was tasked with producing merchandise and counter displays that would appeal to consumers and encourage purchases.

A strong focus on interesting design and visual appeal was agreed, following extensive research and incorporating seasonal trends and contemporary graphics. Brand Addition supplied high quality, ethically-sourced gifts and packaging designed to both complement the products and promote Macmillan as an organisation.

Michelin Group awarded its European business to Brand Addition in 2009 for the design, sourcing and distribution of branded

merchandise providing brand control and to drive cost savings.

ADDING VALUE LEFT, RIGHT & CENTRE

Brand Addition has successfully implemented a centralised sourcing strategy which has seen the programme grow to service over 65 countries, with over 300 stocked products sold through multi-lingual webshops and shipping over 100,000 order lines each year to Michelin and its dealer network.

We’ve rationalised a fragmented supply chain, achieved average cost savings of 20% through online consolidation tools and reducing wastage. By offering dynamic merchandise ranges to its multiple brands and business divisions, we’ve given Michelin the brand and quality control it needed and the sales and marketing teams the choice they want.

Our team has fully integrated with Michelin; 18 multi-lingual account team members managing the services provided to them, (including an Account Manager located in Clermont Ferrand – Michelin’s HQ), 12 unique websites, and a wealth of satisfied customers.

Nutricia Medical is Europe’s leading specialist nutrition company. Since 2004, Brand Addition has developed and sourced merchandise

designed to promote Nutricia Medical’s brands across Ireland, and more recently the UK.

ENGAGING BRANDED MERCHANDISE We provide merchandise and print design services to support promotional campaigns that drive sales and increase awareness. From sticky notes to drinks shakers, bags to USB sticks, Brand Addition supplies products that help Nutricia Medical deliver against its business objectives. Our bulk buying strategies helps optimise their economies of scale too.

In 2009, Brand Addition introduced a unique web platform to simplify Nutricia Medical’s logistics processes; a bespoke system enabling users to monitor stock levels, and track order status; informing future strategies, buying patterns and product development.

WE UPHOLD BRAND VALUESSince 1998, Rolls-Royce plc has contracted with Brand Addition to

supply its branded merchandise and giftware.

Brand Addition manages the supply of over 200 product lines across a wide range of categories; collaborating with industry-leading manufacturers to deliver exclusive products that meet the high standards of Rolls-Royce.

From the point an order is placed, Brand Addition manages the whole process; including the administration of import and export duties to ensuring the safe arrival of Rolls-Royce consignments to their international destinations.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUSVattenfall, one of Europe’s leading energy companies, is one of many

recent account wins for Brand Addition, having been awarded the business in 2013.

Vattenfall contracts with Brand Addition to produce branded merchandise that appeals to employees and consumers alike, to be sold through a webshop, as well as supporting its corporate sponsorship programme which includes Vasaloppet, the annual cross-country ski marathon, for which we supply many ski-related products such as helmets, salopettes and jackets.

130 product lines are stocked in Brand Addition’s German warehouse and shipped to various European markets. New products are introduced on an ongoing basis with many developed to specifically suit the German and Swedish markets, where Vattenfall operates extensively. Brand Addition also appointed a local Account Manager, based in Sweden, to provide valuable local account management support for the important Nordic region.
