Our hotels are located in the village ofCanale d’Agordo, just 4km from the skilifts at Falcade and Caviola, offering a very warm and friendly welcome in a comfortable andattractive accommodation.

EVENING ACTIVITIES

Falcade, Canale d’Agordo and the neighbouring villages in the Valle di Biois have plenty to offer for an evening activity programme. In addition to the many shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and cafes in Falcade and Canale d’Agordo, there are many possible activities close at hand, such as curling, ice-skating and indoor swimming.

The villages of Fiss, Ladis and Serfaus lie high on a sunny plateau above the upper Inn Valley in a quiet corner of the western Tirol region. These three villages typify the charm of Austria whilst offering excellent amenities and access to an extensive and truly impressive integrated ski arena, with great snow conditions right through the season.

Fiss-Ladis & Serfaus Ski, 1200m - 2684mFiss-Ladis and Serfaus is justifi ably renowned as one of the best high-altitude interlinked and extensive ski areas in Austria, with 53 lifts, including heated ski lifts, serving 160km of piste. With its wide selection of beginner’s slopes, long, gentle blue runs, challenging reds and adrenalin-charged blacks; this is an extensive and varied ski area ideal for those keen skiers and boarders who demand the best.

Andorra is fast becoming an ideal destination for school groups who wish to fl y. With massive investment into chairlifts, a snow theme park, improvements in slopes in the Arinsal and Arcalis areas and complete automation of the artifi cial snow network in the Pal area, the Vallnord ski destination is challenging many of its more popular cousins!

La Massana Ski, 1550m - 2560mVallnord offers skiing opportunities to all levels of skiers – beginners will benefi t from the varied landscape whilst intermediate and advanced skiers can take advantage of the fantastic off-piste and exciting runs!

Recent improvements to the ski area include – inauguration of a six-seater chairlift from the Cubil to Pal area, and opening of the access and connecting path between the Ferrer Negre car park and gondola lift building in La Massana.

La Massana offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafes and is ideally suited to school groups as it has quieter nightlife than the neighbouring town of Arinsal, with its lively discos and bars.

The traditional Italian village of Falcade has become a fi rm favourite with Ardmore groups, offering an excellent range of skiing and a friendly welcome that brings groups back year after year. Falcade lies in the Valle di Biois, in the heart of the Dolomites.

Falcade Ski, 1150m - 2550mThe great aspect of Falcade’s skiing, is that whatever ski pass you choose, there is plenty of skiing for everyone, from beginners in their fi rst stages of learning, to the most experienced expert, whose search for new thrills and challenges is unending.

As elsewhere in the Dolomiti Superski Region, the Falcade lift system is modern and well designed and the pistes perfectly groomed. Beginner skiers and boarders will particularly enjoy the excellent facilities for those just starting out, including the gentle descents on the summit, whilst the ski area offers plenty of mileage and challenges for intermediates and experts, with a wide range of testing reds and blacks.
