GAIA CONTRACT

PREAMBLE Throughout recorded history on Earth, there is a common reference to a sentient being or personification of the spirit of the planet. This being has been known by many names across numerous cultures and languages. High in the Andes of Peru, the Incan indigenous people know of this being as Pachamama. The Maori, indigenous people of New Zealand, know of this being as Papatūānuku. While those in the West know of this being as Mother Earth or Madre Tierra. In ancient Greece, she was known as γαια, Gaea, Gaia, and in the Roman pantheon was Terra or Latin Tellus Mater. For ease of modern understanding, we have adopted the name “Gaia” to identify this sentient being in this Contract. For as long as there has been an awareness of Gaia, there has also been members of the Human Collective who had and have a strong connection to or affinity with Gaia. Across multiple timelines on Earth, this group of individuals are known as “Brides and Grooms of Gaia” or “Gaia People”. Their role within the Human Collective is to connect with and support Gaia and all of Gaia’s collectives. In the timeline in which you are reading these words, this social structure does not exist and is not actively supported on Earth. This document intends to create a support structure for individuals who want to consciously become, actively engage, and co-create on this planet as a Bride or Groom of Gaia. This document is a blueprint for High-Frequency Beings to consciously participate and co-create with Gaia. A group of individuals, self-appointed Brides and Grooms of Gaia of this timeline, created the Gaia Contract of Agreements throughout the year 2019. Each Clause of the Contract describes the individual’s agreements as a Bride or Groom of Gaia and Gaia’s agreements about how they will embody a high-frequency paradigm on Earth and consciously co-create experiences together.

By signing this Contract and actively embodying its Clauses in our daily life, we consciously choose to become a high-frequency Bride or Groom of Gaia. One does not need to sign this Contract to become a Bride or Groom of Gaia. Millions of people around the planet connect with Gaia everyday; yet this role and connection is not consciously acknowledged or supported by the Human Collective. As we worked on this Contract we found out that many of the unconscious Brides and Grooms of Gaia are operating from a low frequency platform such as righteousness, which is inherently aggressive and low-frequency in nature. Righteousness is one of the main traits distinguishing a Bride or Groom of Gaia. However, righteousness opens many low-frequency doors such as judgement, which in turn, creates an environment of power over others and separation via the energy of “us vs them”; this does not assist the intent of the Contract with Gaia and her Galactic Ascension path. Gaia’s Ascension path is the journey we conjointly take with her as we, the Human Collective consciously unifies and becomes ONE in high-frequency intent, travel throughout the Galaxies bringing Gaia with us. We expand ourselves, together, as ONE. This Contract of Agreements will help us achieve this goal. Before this Contract was created, there was a journey. A group of individuals from different countries, demographics, and walks of life gathered in May 2019 to consciously explore high-frequency topics and expanded discussions of awareness including: how to directly communicate with Gaia, how to create and operate in a healthy group dynamic, etc. During this gathering, we realized that this timeline of the Human Collective has not had an experience of a healthy group collective. After much debate and jovial laughter, the group decided to experiment with what it’s like to co-create a healthy group dynamic and become a WE collective. We call this group the “Brooms of Gaia,” which is a merging of the words “Brides and Grooms” into one word.




When co-creating the Contract, we realized that many low-frequency programs and open doors to negativity existed in our field, which makes it difficult to embody a healthy group dynamic. Hence the Brooms group realized they had to take a journey within to close open doors to negativity and work diligently in moving from an “I, Me, and Myself” and Righteousness platform, and into a “We, Us, and Ourselves” collective entourage. The Gaia Contract is a living document. It took months of physical, emotional, mental, egoic, and spiritual work to co-create and put together. Each year, the Brooms gather to review and recommit to each other, Gaia and the Contract, and ensure the Contract is in alignment with our current reality and timeline. Although the Brooms don’t “own” the Contract, they are committed to maintain it. If you resonate with what you read in the “Contract with Gaia,” agree with keeping yourself in a High-Frequency state, and embody the Clauses in your day-to-day life, then this journey of becoming a conscious Bride and Groom is yours.. Remember -- you always have Free Will and either party (you or Gaia) can dissolve this Contract at any given time. There are infinite ways to communicate with Gaia. There is no need to give our power away and require someone else to connect us to Gaia directly. Process firewalls that make you believe otherwise. Follow your intuition of how best to communicate with Gaia.

This will move the Brides and Grooms of Gaia from responding to negative influences to responding to positive things (connection, inspiration). To meet with the Planetary Council, go into an altered meditative state, ask with intent that you want a meeting with the Council, and you will know when you have a meeting (it can feel like you're part of the Council because you can "borrow" into your Species’ representative viewpoint; practice entering the chambers). You can also get summoned if Gaia or other high-frequency members make a request.

I, Gaia, will never ask the being signing this Contract to support low frequency beings or agendas. I ask the human signing this Contract to be a caretaker responsible for the other collectives and individuals that I want supported, so

they can have the best, highest frequency experience of life on Earth.

I am the “customer support representative” of Gaia's high-frequency collectives. 16 Potential firewall: “I can't be responsible for all life on Gaia.” We haven't been responsible for the planet, now is the time to step-up. However, we're not doing this on our own -- “our strength is your strength, your strength is our strength.” Let’s not cop-out, shy away from, or limit our potential.

CONTRACT PARAMETERS This Contract is in effect until either party decides to terminate the Contract of their own Free and Conscious will. My relationship 26

commitment to Gaia is not limited just to Gaia and Gaia’s relationship commitment is not limited just to me, the singular being signing this Contract. This is a partnership; it is not slavery. If either party breaks a clause in the Contract , it does not mean that 27

the agreements set forth are immediately nullified. However, breaking the Contract in its entirety or flouting the terms of the Contract can 28 29

result in termination. Cancellation of the Contract can also occur at any time until the 30

Contract is formally signed. By signing this Contract, Gaia and I drop the illusion of separation, and "I" and "We" express and experience Reality in high-frequency union.

CONTRACT DEFINITIONS “Beings” definition: Expressions that have sentience. “Body” definition: The conscious expression of a sentient body elemental; the body is also part of a Body Elemental Collective. “Breaking the Contract” definition: Actions, intent, and behavior that go against the spirit of the agreement or the actual terms. “Breaking a clause in the Contract” definition: Could be an "oopsie" or misstep with a particular line-item in the Contract; one can ask for "instant validation" if one is not sure whether there's been a break in a clause or Contract, so the singular can learn and have the potential not to make the same mistake; we can become consciously aware of consequences from the breaking of unconscious breaches of the Contract. “Cancellation of the Contract” definition: Agreements prior to signing the Contract; similar to an annulment. “Collective” definition: Relating to, characteristic of, or made by a number of people acting as a group. “Co-Creation” definition: The act of creating together. “Chi” definition: The vital force or energy believed to be inherent in all things. “Contract” definition: Secure specified rights or undertake specified obligations in a formal and binding agreement; Contracts can be terminated by either party at any time according to the Free and Conscious will; any changes or amendments to the Contract must be agreed upon by both parties. The dissolution of this Contract does not prevent either party to create or agree to a new Contract in the future.




“Entity” definition: Can be a legal entity like a corporation; can also include non-sentient expressions such as artificial intelligence, etc. “Flouting the terms of the Contract” definition: Consciously continuing to choose to breach one or any of the agreements in the Contract; this may lead to Contract termination; intentionally violating one or any of the Contractual agreements. “Gaia” definition: The singular, sentient, conscious expression of Planet Earth. This consciousness has been referred to other names through time and space, including but not limited to: Mother Earth, Madre Tierra, Papatūānuku, Gaea, Terra, Tellus Mater. For ease of modern understanding, we have adopted the name “Gaia” to identify this sentient being in this Contract. “Galactic Experience and Awareness” definition: As humans expand our experience and awareness as we travel the universe, we bring Gaia with us in our physical bodies; we also take Gaia with us when we take the plants, animals, cultures, memories, etc. with us on our journeys through space/time; one of Gaia’s goals it to go Galactic; as we expand across the Universe, so does Gaia. “Human, Human Being” definition: A humanoid body elemental and a soul incarnating together as a symbiotic being; a human being is also part of the Human Collective. “Humanoid” definition: A bipedal being; a being with two legs, two arms, and a head that walks upright. “Human Collective” definition: For the purpose of this Contract, the human collective is the collective that resides on Planet Earth in this high-frequency dimension. “I” definition: The sentient being who is signing this Contract.




“Land where I live” definition: Refers to the physical location where I live; this area is uniquely defined by each being. It can be a building, town, city, state, province, area, country, etc. “Open door” definition: An agreement, invitation, participation and/or conscious/subconscious abstention (i.e. not making a choice, not casting a vote, declining to support for or against something) to low-frequency engagements. This includes technologies, tools, beings etc. that lower frequencies. “Planetary Council” definition: Refer to the Create Your Own Reality - Rules of Engagement class by IneliaBenz.com. “Prosper” definition: To succeed in material terms; to be financially successful; to flourish physically; to grow strong and be healthy. The more successful you are, the more chi/power (ability to do) you have to influence the planet. “Processing Righteousness” definition: See the Fear Processing Exercise and replace the feeling, energy or word of “fear” in the exercise with the feeling, energy or word of “righteousness.” “Righteousness” definition: The quality of being morally right or justifiable. Immediately aggressive, violent at the extreme, because its essence is “I am right” and “you are wrong.” Causes separation. “Scan” definition: A mystical technique to see, hear, feel, taste, or touch into energetic lines. Can be consciously or unconsciously done. “Soul” definition: The conscious expression of a sentient field of consciousness with the ability to express a singular point of awareness; the soul is also part of a Soul Collective. “Steward” definition: A responsible, high-frequency being who supports, supervises arrangements, manages, and keeps order in the chosen area, be it a place, thing, or manifestations of Gaia.
