ConclusionsAll typs of disasters and crises are applicable in
Haaglanden, except earthquake
4 risks have a high score in probability and impact: 1. terrorist attack2. treat of public health3. collapse of energy supply4. disturbance & violence5. Flooding (very unlikely but catastrophal)
The special characteristic of Haaglanden increases the impact by disasters and crises, specially by physical safety, economic safety, social and political safety.
and also a increasing change because of the regional characteristics: under sea level, political administrative centre of the Netherlands, international city of peace and justice, multicultural society, many big events
