The first meeting of Bakeri tes started off unusually what with th prexy HK having to miss presiding at his first meeting, but unavoidab so, having to attend the above bereavement that night as a rel ation.

Veep Ricky Tsuda hurried back from the same wake service to pre-side over t his initial meeting, I cuz he was not a relation though a close buddy of J1inoru on the Italian Battlefields of yore.

Even though the meeting started late, pretty nearly 8:00 PM because the secretary, Oyabun 0 vIas late too . Under such unusual II baptism of fire tl Ricky came through magnificently as the presiding officer and the meeting had all been pau long before Harry Katahara walked into the clubhouse fina.lly .

Baker Chapter will not be wanting for Chapter presidential timber for years to come ,·mat "lith latrine rumors having it be spread around that Harry Katahara will serve for two years willingly or unwillingly he being the most logical man to be at the Chapter ' s helm came the 70 Nisei Veterans Reunion in LA .
