At any given time, Tribus Services could have 500 to 800 vehicles on the road. As part of their drivers’ quarterly reviews, Tribus Services uses Azuga Safety Scores for each teammate. Driver scores and rewards motivate the team to outdo each other in a healthy competitive environment.

Supervisors coach those drivers who are high risk and on the watch list. The driver scores translate to a safety measure that is used as a recognition tool. They have a negligible average of 0.031 events per 100 miles which is significantly lower compared to the industry average of 1.64 events per 100 miles. What's particularly notable about this fleet is its maintenance record.Most of the vehicles are 4 years old, yet on an average 7.91% of the vehicles in the fleet have recorded DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) events compared to 24.89% of vehicles in their SIC (Standard Industrial Classification).
