Notes for AZIZ AZIZ:Aziz family roots are from Tripoli (north, Lebanon) to the son of Cross president there The 7th Bouhamand(moved firstly to zouk) and it was from the first family who moved to Jezzine coming from Zouk Mosbeh(according to Doctor Mouin Rahal).-There are some old papers with your father's first cousin Boutros:-The first priests Youssef Aziz who came from Zouk (we don't know the date of his coming) beget Aziz.-Aziz begets Elias who lives under the survey of the priest Abed al Massih (who was known as Aziz fathers).Elias learns at Machmouche schools, and be a priest of Jezzine in 18th of December 1722 (according tomachmouche monastery record book).-Elias begets Suleiman Priest of Darb el Sim in 1768 and his death in 1820.-Suleiman begets Hanna.-Hanna begets Youssef.-Youssef the priest of Jezzine in1822.(There is a paper who told that in Thursday 19 of July 1820 the priest Suleiman Aziz the son of the priest EliasAziz was dead, after he was living approximately 52 years in priest, he was inter at Saint Mary church there, theAntioch Patriarch Mar Johanna Helou and over of 20 other priest were there).
