With amixed background in public education, graphicdesign, IT, marketing and music, Ty’s broadsuperpowers thread together all the tricky movingparts of a campaign. With the help of his agencyhe has launched Blue Hound Kitchen and Cocktailsat Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar in Downtown Phoenix,launched the brand new Marriott in DowntownTempe, worked with brands such as Crowne Plaza,Royal Palms and Kimpton Coast in Santa Barbara.

Former Marketing Manager at one of Arizona’s topluxury resorts, from strategy to branding,communications to execution, Phoenix nativeJustin Lee is fluent in the art of hospitality, traveland all things local. As one-time dining critic forthe state’s largest lifestyle magazine, as well asestablished food blogger and published freelancewriter for a variety of local publications, Leeequally injects genetic strengths in writing, foodand social media to the Awe Collective family. Leewas the brains behind Royal Palms’ on-sitemarketing, social media and PR for 4 years.

From phone calls to photo shoots, Kaliais an on-the-go publicist who moonlights as a promodel. Thisversatile designer keeps a keen eye on the latesthappenings in web design, marketing, advertisingand interactive technologies, and she won't sleepuntil every last inch of her designs are pixel-perfect. Courtney’s jaw-dropping designs breathenew life into the state’s top corporate eventplanning company, and have Kimpton requestingdesigns for New Year’s Eve invitations every year.

This social media and marketing mastermindparlayed his passion for the web into a profession,and lists singlehandedly managing a massive, $5.6million capital campaign for a local nonprofitamong his many claims to fame.
