•Gli avvocati nel proteggere i diritti dei propri assistiti e nel promuovere le cause della giustizia devono cercare di difendere i diritti umani e le libertà fondamentali riconosciute dalle leggi nazionali ed internazionali e devono sempre agire liberamente e diligentemente in ossequio alle leggi ed osservare gli standards riconosciuti ed i principi etici della professione. [Lawyers, in protecting the rights of their clients and in promoting the cause of justice, shall seek to uphold human rights and fundamental freedoms recognized by national and international law and shall at all times act freely and diligently in accordance with the law and recognized standards and ethics of the legal profession.]
